World Snake Day
- Snakes can be found on all continents except Antarctica.
- Snakes are the 2nd largest group of reptiles; lizards are the largest group.
- Not all Snakes lay eggs. Approximately 70% of snakes lay eggs.
- Snakes that live colder climates have live births because the eggs wouldn’t survive the outside temperatures.
