The Large Forest-Floor Millipede uses Cyanide for Protection
The Large Forest-Floor Millipede, when disturbed or frightened, will roll up in a ball and can spray toxic liquid containing cyanide on its attacker. It can be ejected up to 30 cm. This is the only protection it has against its enemies.
